Same thing with Durham's work. It's critical that some punishment is meted out before the election. Losing the Senate or presidency and/or failure to retake the House will mean EVERYTHING is shut down and they will all skate. It's bad enough that most of them are going to skate, but this would be a disaster.

Judge sullivan was probably offered a book deal... judging Flynn... but not now
