I would love for getting to explain how a four day work week would create jobs. Is basically saying every employee would work a 10 hour day instead of an eight hour day, meaning the same number of hours would be used but over a different time.. I still dont see how that would create jobs, and Im not sure if he has a clue how it would either other than some talking point to keep himself relevant.
If you have one worker working four days a week, even ten hours, then you need to have someone else to cover the other day of the business week the first employee is off, assuming your company runs M-F.
It does create another job, but it’s rather expensive and you basically have to already have 4 employees to really use a 5th full time.
