Some people are extremely scared of dogs. I was on business travel by car with my boss and a co-worker, both black men. We stopped at a garden center and were walking around when an unleashed dog approached us. My boss (6’2”) was visibly shaking, asking, pleading the woman to please come get her dog. It wasn’t even that big but it was loose. I intervened and got the dog away from him and brought it back to the owner. If you have an animal, you need to control it.
Agreed, but this wacko's labradoodle dog was not threatening the birdwatcher.
