There is, I saw the entire video - it's disturbing to see someone's breathe cut off until they die. He kept saying he couldn't breathe.

I'm just curious, how do you say you can't breathe (over and over and over and over again) if your airway is actually being obstructed?

You can see his chest moving from all the breaths he was taking. Just calm down, get in the car, you can argue later in court.

I guess if I was being particularly vicious, I'd have to find for assisted suicide if I was on the jury. Oh wait, that makes me a jackboot licker.
