t’s strange that a president who had such a transformative effect on our national discourse will leave such a negligible policy legacy. But Barack Obama, whose imperial term changed the way Americans interact and in some ways paved the way for the Trump presidency, is now watching his much-celebrated and mythologized two-term legacy be systematically demolished. This, in many ways, tells us that American governance still works.

When Donald Trump announced that the United States would withdraw from the Iran deal, he could do so without much difficulty because the agreement hinged on presidential fiat rather than national consensus. But Obama’s appeasement of Iran was only one in a string of unilateral norm-busting projects that deserve to be dismantled.

I’ve heard chatter, that Obama was devastated at Trump winning the election. And that he may get involved in a big way in Biden’s campaign, as he sees the Trump presidency overshadowing his presidency, what he sees as achievements of the Obama administration.

If so, the good news is, that when Obama has campaigned and endorsed candidates for office, those candidates have tended to lose their elections. If Obama sticks his nose into this campaign, he may well help Trump. Though Obama and his minions are too invested in the Obama legacy to perceive that.

Yep, but just remember: If the Dems win the WH, Congress, or both, they will do the same thing to everything Trump has done. EPA will be back, Planned Parenthood and NPR will get big raises, 2A will be trashed, and his replacement will be on an apology tour that will involve grovelling on the floor and kissing feet, not just bowing.

It is administered by the Judgment Fund Section, which is a part of the United States Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service. The Judgment Fund Internet Claims System (JFICS) is the application used to process all Judgment Fund claims.

The Judgment Fund is a permanent, indefinite appropriation available to pay judicially and administratively ordered monetary awards against the United States. The Judgment Fund is also available to pay amounts owed under compromise agreements negotiated by the U.S. Department of Justice in settlement of claims arising under actual or imminent litigation, if a judgment on the merits would be payable from the Judgment Fund. The statutory authority for the Judgment Fund is 31 U.S.C. 1304.

If funds for paying an award are otherwise provided for in the appropriations of the defendant agency, the Judgment Fund may not pay an award. A federal agency may request that payment of an award be made on its behalf from the Judgment Fund only in those instances where funds are not legally available to pay the award from the agency's own appropriations.

Amounts paid vary significantly from year-to-year. Federal agencies are not required to reimburse the Judgment Fund except when cases are filed under the Contract Disputes Act (CDA) or the No FEAR Act (Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act).

Obama and his monkeys need to pay for their massive corruption and malfeasance. Start by trying to find all the billions that went missing under their watch. Leave no stone unturned and follow the missing money. They robbed the treasury and that's punishable under law, right? If they won't bring them to justice for that, then they won't bring them to justice for anything.

I never knew Obunghole really had that much passion to worry about President Trump and have a vested interest in Clinton. He always seemed to me intellectually lazy and inept and always had to have the Iranian monkey lizard Jarret to pull his strings. Maybe she still is. They practically live together.
