I liked the originals, and did not see the female reboot.

However, now that this alleged anti-woman political backlash is gone, how is that movie doing with DVD rentals, DVD sales, internet streaming views, etc???

If it did poorly in the theaters, but was still such a great movie if viewed away from a political year, wouldn’t we see big viewing of that movie nowadays, if it was so good to start with?????

It sounds like the movie was lousy, in spite of the alleged inspirational all woman casting. But those associated with the movie aren’t allowed to say so. They have to blame other outside factors for the unpopularity of the movie.

This reminds me a bit of how years into his term in office, Obama and his henchmen blamed leftover problems from the Bush years for his problems.

Loved the original movies.

Disliked most of the female actors in the reboot - then I saw the previews and was like “No WAY”.

The problem is it wasn’t a reboot of Ghostbusters it was a bad reboot of Ghostbusters 2.
