Well it’s because initially FraudXi said that masks were ineffective,,, but now they are. Now the virus doesn’t live on surfaces and 3 months ago it was 5-7 days. So up UNTIL this Friday, masks were not mandatory. You can go to Target right this minute in Arlington, VA and there will be hundreds of people milling about, many without masks. Makes no sense.

My insight is personal, as that’s exactly what happened to me. I’m near 80, cannot breathe in the things, and nearly passed out in a store. Fatigue from it also genuine, lasted all day. Will not try again. My freedom to breathe trumps their freedom to be scared.
When I deign to wear one, that is all I wear. I must have a hundred of them in the garage.

If “you” took high-speed, smartphone videos of people wearing various mask designs sneezing, I wouldn’t be surprised to see nasal blast momentarily separating mask from some faces and escaping to environment.
Also, noting that masks also probably interfere with maximum skin vitamin D production, my non-medical advice is for artificial lighting urbanites to start taking vitamin D3.
