The authenticity of the recording of the phone conversations between the former U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden and the 5th president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko can be established by the court. The Chairman of the Political Council of the Opposition Platform - For Life Party, MP Viktor Medvedchuk stated this on air of Pulse talk show on 112 Ukraine TV Channel.
“The actions, of which we found out from the leaked recordings of Mr. Biden and Mr. Poroshenko’s conversations, these actions have signs of a number of serious criminal offenses. I can talk about this as a lawyer. This is the first thing. Secondly, are we are sure that we heard something new? Didn’t Mr. Biden, the participant in this conversation, not speak or write in his memoirs how he trained the Ukrainian authorities on the loan issue or, more precisely, a loan guarantee for of $1 billion dollars when he set the condition to remove the prosecutor general, and it was “a terrible corrupt official,” Mr. Shokin. He allowed himself to investigate the criminal case with the body which Mr. Biden’s son had to do with. This is an egregious factor of indignation and bias. He spoke about this directly and repeatedly. We knew about it,” he said.
The politician also said that in October 2019, the first commission of inquiry on this issue was registered, but the decision to create such a commission was not voted.

“You are asking if recordings can be an evidence - they can. The court can establish the authenticity of these recordings, and if they are confirmed by other evidence, take as a basis for the argumentation of certain circumstances that the court will use to make conclusions, including in indictment or guilty verdict. This is all possible and should be done, because we are talking about corruption in the highest echelons of power in Ukraine and the USA. And we may not care what is happening in the USA and who will prosecute whom there, but if today all this goes without a trace, without reaction from the law enforcement system, investigative bodies and courts, then what was done and what was said with such cynicism in this conversation, - about tariffs, PrivaBank, orders about what to do, the government and the Prosecutor General Shokin and all of this together, - then such a practice will continue. But there are reasons for this practice, because there are the same managers, who are watching Ukraine today, they are in the IMF, in Washington, which manages externally. And if the authorities of that time can get away with this, then it means that any other authority can also do it. And it absolutely cannot be allowed,” the parliamentarian said.
Earlier, Medvedchuk stated that the published audio recordings of the phone conversation between Biden and Poroshenko were elements of external control.
Biden’s mis-adventures in the Ukraine have been kicking around for more than a year, It seemed Ukraine was slow-walking the investigation so they would not be accused of meddling in the US election. However, all of a sudden they are moving ahead. Hummmmm??
