From the article, this is all you need to know:
Bernards chief county commission opponent, incumbent Priscilla Taylor, had 768 more votes among people who went to the polls, but Bernards 1,287 absentee-vote edge put him over the top. Jacquet, who, like Powell, once worked as a legislative aide for Bernard, lost at the polls to opponent Edwin Ferguson by 132 votes, but topped Ferguson in mail-in ballots by 1,167.
The two candidates, working together, both received almost half of their votes from mail-in ballots.
As you may have guessed, Bernard, Taylor, Jaquet, and Furguson are all rats.

Regarding voting by mail fraud, PDJT evidently now has some common ground with Jerry Nadler.
Jerry Nadler in 2004: Paper ballots are extremely susceptible to fraud
Send "Orange Man Bad" federal and state government Democrats and RINOs home in November!
Supporting PDJT with new patriot federal and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a "third term" in office imo.

My Niece worked for the Palam Beach government 10 or so years ago. They asked her to do things that were not legal, and she refused. Lost her job. Nothing to see here, move on!
