So they have to be both? I’m not seeing Twitter as being a utility. As someone else on this thread said, the state would have to own them for there to be ‘equal rights’.
If they are media companies such as newspapers and television and radio and magazines as private capitalist companies then they also should be open to charges of defamation of character and being sued for false reporting but they aren’t. They get to have it both ways make millions billions being a capitalist company and capitalist media yet not follow the rules at all for what they tolerate being quote printed un quote.
