With his tweets about Scarborough’s intern, Trump set a trap for Twitter
American Thinker ^ | Andrea Widburg

Even Trump supporters have wondered about Trump’s tweets implying that MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough had something to do with a young intern’s death in his office when he was still a Florida congressman. It’s true that Scarborough and his co-host and wife Mika Brzezinksi have spent three years accusing Trump of treasonous collusion with the Russians, but Trump’s venom still seemed strange.

I, however, don’t think it was strange at all. Trump is one of the most calculating, rational people ever to occupy the White House. He’s been faced with a serious problem, which is the fact that the immensely powerful social media giants, which are the gateway to most information nowadays, have already begun trying to sway the election to Biden. Legislatively, thanks to three years of Russiagate and the current hostile House, Trump has been powerless.

So, Trump set a trap. On Wednesday, the Twitter mouse took the bait.

Well, wether the action by the POTUS was calculated or not I’m sure you’ll agree it’s long past time somebody reeled Twitter in.

You have no clue as to how President Trump operates. Even after nearly 4 years. The man is a savvy player, not a dunce who just speaks without some goal he is looking to achieve as the result.

Without Twitter, Trump wouldn’t be President. He owns them his seat in the Oval Office.

Because of a very bizarre medical examiner, it wasn’t clear how Klausutis died, making her death ripe for different theories.

Somehow they're always bizarre when a Democrat politician is involved. Where's a normal medical examiner when you need one?

This is all about Brad Parscale. He is brilliant on all things internet and is the perfect person to run Trump’s campaign

OK, but Twitter put the warning on his Tweets about vote fraud with mail-in ballots and not the Tweets about Scarborough's staffer. So why did he have to go down that path?

His IQ is far higher than any of ours or any of his opponents.

He's above average in intelligence, there's no doubt of that. But what he really has that seems to be in short supply these days, especially amongst politicians, is a supreme self-control.

I totally agree with you.

However, with this crowd, is that really saying much?

~~With no immunity from lawsuits all the social media giants will suddenly have a LOT to answer too, and just before a critical election season. There vaunted plans to censor free speech have just backfired.

Social media now has a choice: allow freedom of political speech, or extinction.

~~This is the hand of Providence in action. Every single thing the democrats have done to skew the election has backfired.

THANK GOD FOR TRUMP.

And thank God that there is still a faithful praying remnant of believers to stay the hand of judgement.

If Trump was retweeting why was the original tweet unchallenged by twitter until POTUS retweeted it?

This isn’t about truths, this is about attacking POTUS with editorial comments

Go back to this epic story from the 2016 primary campaign:

Donald Trump "John Miller" Incident

Follow that report carefully and notice what happened. All indications are that candidate Donald Trump leaked the tape of his own silly impersonation charade to the Washington Post.

The part of the story that should not be overlooked starts at around the 4:20 mark of the linked video clip. The original story dates back to 1991 -- which means Trump was sitting on that recording for TWENTY FIVE YEARS before he surreptitiously released it during the height of the GOP primary campaign.

This was the point when I really became a Trump fan.

LMAO x 10,000.
