This absurdity is a violation of the right to due process. Mueller and Rosenstein made it known they would charge people with obstruction of justice if they presented evidence to counter the scam they were putting forward.

The assertion you make works with the media and politicians. It did work and quite well.
The rub for Mueller and Co. was that they had to make it work in the courts and they couldn’t. That is where they failed because when it moved into the courts they had to produce the proof and they couldn’t because there was never any proof.
