If Biden was not such an empty brain they would have been using the word “gravitas”, but that is so much NOT Biden they cannot use it in reference to him. To Obama all that matters is getting Biden elected, he’ll pick Biden’s cabinet. Biden will then spend his first term traveling - getting out of the way of the real decision makers, his Obama cabinet.
