I find it hard to believe that this officer was trained to apply a knee to the neck of a suspect. Especially one that is handcuffed. Dumb. But the question is, did it cause the death?
No matter what the outcome is, it will never be the right one for the looters and arsonists. They will continue to loot and destroy, not because they actually care about justice, but because of their own selfish needs. The Democrats do it all the time.
