MSM gets a higher count because only those definitely showing yje panel of sympyoms certified by a health specialist are given the test for determining whether antibodies exist or not. Therefore, a much greater number of candidates who show no corresponding symptoms (= are "asymptomatic") are passed over when a diagnosis is asked for and the tests are given only to those examined, not to a sampling of the general population.
