O’RLY?! He didn’t apologize for making a racial slur - he apologized for being insensitive but stood by his accusation.
You might not have noticed but many Democrats and the press defended him and some, including black people, supported the statement.
And you completely ignore the FACT that the press buried the story.

Forced meaning only shamed to apologize. Apologizing is now too much a lame excuse and hardly heart felt & sincere. In Biden’s case he has a mental deficiency, he sees a black man in an interview & blurts out stupidity.
