Some of us would like to know all the facts before passing final judgement. You should give it a try some time.
I don't need to know ANY facts about this case to know that the guy should not have been wearing a uniform in the first place. PERIOD. Take Floyd TOTALLY out of the picture and make him alive tonight. This officer should have been fired YEARS ago - and ANY Freeper who says otherwise needs to sod off.
I guess as a septuagenarian I have lost a step in my ability to communicate. Knowing all the facts, or enough, to make an informed judgement has always been the way I roll.
As Mr. Daniels pointed out there are facts out there that point out this Officer over a 20 year career has been involved in numerous actions that, at least to me, suggest he has very real anger and judgement issues.
Had those in his chain of command taken action years ago this same officer might not have been at the scene in the first place.
Researching the readily available information on the officers career, I feel, would lead most to the same conclusion.
