And you are not alone in your conclusion about the Officer. He had long ago shown he should not have had a badge and a gun. The leadership chain, Mr. Daniels was referring to, completely dropped the ball on their responsibilities. And there really isn’t much evidence out there, if any, those in his chain of command will ever own up to their lapses of judgement. I understand Amy Klobuchar had this guy in her sights at least once and couldn’t get the job done.
