The Target chain is owned by Dayton-Hudson; its corporate HQ is located in … Minneapolis. That probably gives the local communist government and hoodocracy leverage to coerce the company to have a presence in the jungle. Obviously, the better solution would be to abandon the store and leave the state.
If it is in the hood I’d be surprised if they did rebuild. I’d also be surprised if they announced they weren’t rebuilding it.
