I'm listening to the live feed from Hennepin county.
They are reporting males "testing the integrity of the fence" around one of the precincts.
They reported the description of these individuals as "white males wearing black."
They just put out a radio call that if they breech the fence and start damaging things, officers on the scene are authorized to answer with "40 mm non-chemical rounds."
To me that sounds like 40 mm ammo that's not tear gas.

Those are Antifa. They now carry umbrellas in videos the other day. Police need to target them, arrest all white males in black to shut down the organizers (Command and Control).
