I watched his press conference live around 1:30 am. He did suggest to the press that white supremacists were involved. When he talks about foreign involvement, think he might want liberals to think “Russian involvement’?
He pretty much mentioned everything he could blame this on to avoid taking too much blame for himself. He even said he was surprised that people didn’t just go home when told there was an 8:00pm curfew.
