Wielding a Molotov Cocktail is no different than aiming a gun. Rioters who throw incendiary devices toward people, or cars/building containing people, are using deadly force, and should be treated or prosecuted as such. If they can be “neutralized” before they throw the device, all the better. Similar policy on throwing bricks or other missiles.
