Reading the WaPost article, it makes you wonder whether they are literate.

Sounds like diplomacy. Also sounds like they discussed not over-reacting to sanctions rather than discussing the sanctions by the U.S. themselves.

He certainly didn't say....don't worry about a thing. We'll do away with the sanctions.

He basically said....whoah...hardly some big "plan". And looks like the ambassador was a pain in the arce and initiated most of the calls.

At the meeting on Jan 5th, Comey said...that's a lot of calls but there's nothing there.
