There was a guy complaining that, in the riots, some black properties were being destroyed. In effect saying, destroying white businesses is understandable (even though they had NOTHING) to do with this. But destroying black businesses, well, that is not acceptable. maybe they could have run an ad showing a black guy reaching for a purse with a line thru it and “Don’t Do It”. They could make a whole series of such ads one showing a black guy raping a woman with a line thru it and “Don’t Do It”, another with a scene of a drive-by shooting with a line thru it and “Don’t do it”. I would be far more likely to give them some credit for taking on a problem head-on.

Can’t help but wonder if the Nike ad isn’t a clever way for the corporation to condemn Mr. Floyd for sticking a gun into a woman’s stomach and causing her breathing difficulties during the home invasion/robbery crime for which he was sent to prison.
No doubt Kaepernick rubber stamped the ad before it was released. Fluck Nike, just say no to their over priced trash.
