A rather lame statement. What’s the point of making it?

At least he didn’t blame President Trump.

If you read the words, thus statement is a nothingburger.

It could be said about anything.
Not enough gravy on the potatoes, not enough chips in a bag, your whatchamacallit isnt really that big.

Virtue signalling at its most petty.

The NFL comments about this crap. Their players comment about this crap. They knee over this crap. Too late. If they stayed out of progressive politics they would have me as a viewer. I love football. I hate the NFL. I’ll never watch them again. They are ruining my memories of a once great sport.

“We embrace that responsibility and are committed to continuing the important work to address these systemic issues together with our players, clubs and partners.”

Nope. He and his group of thugs abdicated the role as soon as he did not denounce their official, public protests against the flag which represents the constitution, which denounced racism.

Hmmm. NFL. Where have I heard those letters before? Oh, yeah! The ThugSport league whose Democrat friends turned on them and aren’t going to let them play this Fall. Do you think anyone will still remember they exist by August, 2021? :)

I think that to show leadership in this matter the NFL should voluntarily shutdown for this coming season. That would be heart felt and I’m sure the rioters would reapect that.
