I’m assuming store closures and inventory loss due to rioting = insurance coverage for stuff that was never going to sell during lockdown. It makes sense in to encourage undocumented shoppers when your insurance co is gonna pick up the bill.
Most insurance won’t cover civil unrest unless they pay extra. No idea if they do carry that.
