No one has to starve to death... there are liquor stores on every block in 'black communities'... liquor stores often sell chips and other crap food. Or black drug dealers (who can get drugs from Mexico to their hoods with no problem) can branch out and bring in fresh veggies from a mile or two away... if that's not too complicated.
Or blacks can get in their car or bus and go to a community NOT run by thugs - a community where people can have businesses that won't be burned to the ground, looted, or robbed daily.
