The younger Armenians appear to be more liberal and are rebelling against their more conservative parents. Their experience protesting the genocide of Armenians by Turks could be used to fuel similar protests against the police.
Many of the established Armenians are into real estate. They may want to protect all that investment by making sure the same thing happening on the West Side doesn't happen in Glendale.
But then they just built a bunch of apartments and had to fill them, in some cases with what looks like Section 8 residents.
So there might be a critical mass of gimmedats, dindonuffins, and rebellious Armenian millennials to cause a ruckus. Maybe the realtors will have to call in the Armenian mob to keep things tidy.
The fact that Glendale is now an Armenian majority city may work for them or against them.

About apartment buildings in Glendale...I think many Hispanics moved into those buildings...
There have been fights between Armenians and Hispanics in a high school in Glendale...
I just don’t see Armenians destroying their own neighborhood in Glendale...
