He’s got to sit there and give a formal , prepared address, either from the Oval Office or the bunker. This doing stuff on the fly isn’t taking advantage of his position and the symbolism of the office. He looks no better than Slo Joe offering an opinion and some criticism. But he’s got to have a plan and tell us formally, as President of the US.
I believe that Trump did hit the KFC after the speech was done - at least two buckets of fried chicken.
