I doubt many will rebuild. I personally know two people that made the decision to move from Harrisburg after Friday night. One of them looked for real estate on Sunday in a free county (not locked down). So people are going to move if they have the means to do so. This means less business for businesses that do reopen. They may just go bankrupt if they do.
Why would anybody open a business when they know some commie public health director could come along and put them out of business any day. Incredibly destructive.
