I really hate Roberts. At least the lefties are consistent and do what they were appointed to do. They are who they always said they were.

Roberts, on the other hand, lied about who he was and what he believed in order to get that seat. He's scum.

But then again, he was appointed by W. If W had his way the two people he appointed would have been Roberts and Harriet Miers, a woman who was a democrat until the 90s. Imagine if he'd gotten what he wanted there.

Sometimes elections don't have consequences, if it's a Bush. Same result, R or D when the R is a Bush.

My recollection was Ann Coulter was very negative about Roberts at the time he was nominated. Most conservatives were very positive toward him.
