Hillary is immune because she is Deep State. These punks are nobodies but can provide a link to their superiors (who are probably their college professors or other folks on the food chain leading to them).

As an aside, I'll bet the government already knows who is running the Antifa operation. If they don't they are negligent (I would have said FBI instead of "government" but you know...).
