Rules of Concealed Carry in most states says you are allowed to stop aN imminent, deadly threat by using lethal force.

If a bad guy is coming at you with a knife, bat, firearm, or other lethal weapon, you have justification to shoot the individual to STOP the threat. NOT to murder him. FORENSICS WILL DETERMINE IF YOU CAPPED THE GUY FIVE MORE TIMES AFTER HE’s down and disabled.
