I will be delivering brief remarks from the Rose Garden at 6:30 P.M. Eastern to update on the Federal Response.
When I look at that photo Jane, I must confess I never thought in a million years that President Trump would become my most favorite President ever!!
I feel guilty for even wondering if I should cast my ballot for him on election day back in 2016.
I knew ultimately I had to vote for him because there wasn’t any other options. But I did so hesitantly not terribly sure what was ahead.
I would crawl on rocks to vote for him in November if it meant I needed to!
He is a true man of integrity and LOVES our country more than any other.

Section 802 of the USA PATRIOT Act (Pub. L. No. 107-52) expanded the definition of terrorism to cover “”domestic,”” as opposed to international, terrorism. A person engages in domestic terrorism if they do an act “dangerous to human life” that is a violation of the criminal laws of a state or the United States, if the act appears to be intended to: (i) intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping. Additionally, the acts have to occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States and if they do not, may be regarded as international terrorism.
Section 802 does not create a new crime of domestic terrorism. However, it does expand the type of conduct that the government can investigate when it is investigating “terrorism.” The USA PATRIOT Act expanded governmental powers to investigate terrorism, and some of these powers are applicable to domestic terrorism.

I think President Trump dropped the ball on the whole George Floyd fiasco. He should had spoken to the American people from the Oval Office before the riots escalated this past weekend.

Even Karl Rove had to correct Martha MacCallum, who made the same, incorrect statement.
Rove rightly corrected her and reminded Martha that POTUS spoke to the George Floyd death, during his speech, at NASA, on Saturday.
