3)Ferguson officer made a split second correct decision to use deadly force. MSP cops continued to assault their handcuffed & unconscious prisoner for nearly 3 minutes

Michael Brown wasn't seen being hand cuffed and walked to the police vehicle and he wasn't seen lying face down on the concrete with a LEO kneeling on his neck during the last 8 minutes of his life...........
