He and de Blah Blah need to let out a few thousand more convicts to loot and pillage. Most of the convicts in the State come from the New York City area anyway. I know, because all the buses that go to the prisons each weekend, start from New York City, and are filled with people.
If any of these big city mayors ever start arresting the looters, it will be interesting to find out how many of them were let out of prison because of the coronavirus.
