I've watched enough of these stories to see that cops are deaf in most confrontations. They don't care what you have to say, and won't listen.

Every bad boy they grab has a dindo rap, so they ignore ANYTHING they hear. "I'm the owner of this business," "I was assaulted" "I'm a member of the press" aren't going to interfere with there mindset of arresting the guy in front of them.

Or, as we've seen in many cases, shoot them either.

I was one of those people on an LA rooftop with a rifle back in 1992 - as an underage kid. My decision to do so was based in part on the fact that we *knew* the cops had abandoned the city and would not be around.

As I’ve said on FR recently, that made the decision a lot easier than it would have been if the cops had still been around. I am not at all certain that I would make the same decision today when the LA cops not only have not abandoned the area but are actively persecuting (yes, persecuting) defenders - and completely ruining their lives.

Yes. The shot will flatten after hitting the pavement and stay low. In a demonstration a long time ago, I saw a skip shot go under a car and pop balloons fastened to the pavement on the other side of the car. It will lose some energy, making it less lethal, and hit rioters in the feet and legs. It also spreads out much and stops many of them pretty fast. I don't remember the shot size...maybe no. 1 bird?
