Went long on both RGR & SWBI yesterday. So far, so good. I’m not an investment advisor, but I think these issues still have some room to run. Your mileage may vary.
I've had both since the early days of the Obamanation. (I don't think I'll ever sell them. They have a calming effect on me at times like this.)
I am trying to think of a way to short urban real estate and go long suburban/rural real estate.
