I watched the video. It shows nothing that is claimed. It only shows that the police had bricks in that truck (if they were even police). Could be seized material. No one is ‘carefully placing [them] on a pallet.’

The mysterious all black vehicle with the number on top is owned by the Northeastern University police, not by the Boston municipal police department (whose vehicles are blue and white). Here’s a picture of another of Northeastern Police vehicle which is almost all black and clearly has a 4-digit number on top:

Claims that the people in this video are Boston municipal cops are false and most likely intended to fuel anti-cop hysteria regardless of facts.
