can somebody please tell me why Roberts could be blackmailed?
There is always someone on these threads that say “he’s blackmailed” but when i ask why, the response is very vague.
Please don’t say he’s gay, because nowadays that’s a resume enhancer.

No need to look for blackmail. Every law school is so screwed up that Roberts does indeed qualify as a ‘conservative’ among today’s legal profession.
