Rolex’s can run from 20K upwards to 100K depending on the model, diamonds, etc.
A new mens Rolex Presidential will run you upwards of 40k these days.
Wouldn’t take many to reach 2.4 million in watches.
True, but I'd be surprised if most of them were not less than $15k or so. Rolex is really the low end of the "luxury watch" realm. Now, if they'd been plundering some Patek Phillipe, yeah, they'd be banking some watch.
I lust for a Patek Philippe perpetual because they are amazing examples of engineering. Sadly, I'm not willing to sell my house for it. There are Rolexes that are nice, but they are really just Fords when compared against Lamborghinis.
