Midtown Manhattan and Times Square looked like a war zone Tuesday. The mayor and his would-be successors are a lost cause, but if Gov. Cuomo won’t stop the looting, we’ll lose our retail tax base and hundreds of thousands of jobs — for years.

Macy’s, Bergdorf Goodman — icons of New York, windows smashed. But that’s not the worst part: It was clear that the office-building and retail managers and workers were bracing for more.

From Central Park South through Rockefeller Center through the Bowtie to Herald Square, hundreds of essential workers — most of them minority men — scrambled to sweep up the broken glass. Then, they unpacked lumber pile after lumber pile, block after block, to board everything up fast, before the looters strike again...

The truly sad thing is that lessons are not being learned. When they interview the "peaceful protesters" they just don't get it.

The only winners are going to be Amazon and shipping companies, but only if there are enough employed consumers to continue purchasing on line.

I excuse the black looters only because most of them are seriously undereducated and have been sitting at home for 3 months doing nothing but watching TV, using drugs, and probably creating another generation of themselves. What I don’t understand is why a bunch of wormy looking white guys, all soy boys with patchy beards if any, can come into a black neighborhood and start telling young black guys with their pants around their knees to stand here, attack there, etc....and the black guys nod and do all but say “Yes, massa,” and go off and do it.

I know a lot of them were being paid, sort of day labor rioters, but now it’s taken on a life of its own. This is not only terrifying, it’s incomprehensible.

NY City and NY State, aren't what the 'rioters and looters' are looking to destroy. Their real and bigger goal is to destroy the entire country. George Floyd was the trigger they were looking for, and the democrats and the liberal media helped them unleash the destruction.

If the rioters and looters are stopped, it won't be the end. They will be looking for another trigger, and it will be much bigger next time.

Antifa and BLM and other groups, are being helped, both from the inside and outside. The enemy is within our borders, and it is composed of domestic enemies and foreign enemies.

There are 3 levels of things going on here:

- Honest (if misguided, mis-informed, or mis-lead) protestors...
- Rioters/Looters/outright thieves...
- Terrorists and government subversives and saboteurs.

The last 2 need the previous levels to function, otherwise they'd be naked in the light of reality.

Protestors need to not allow themselves to be used, and use the police to focus on the next level...

The police and other LEO's need to focus on stopping the rioters, looters, and thieves....
