Biden is either “thinking” over a response to a serious policy matter, or he’s trying to remember if he put his Depends on before hitting the stage.

As much as I love Ted, and I do, he, like far too many, get lost in the Micro, and thus loose sight of the Macro. I don't blame him. Getting sucked into a pissing contest is all that Twitter is these days.

We badly need those who are able to step back from the micro, and connect the dots in the macro scene. It will all come together then.
