No, it is government employee unions that protect bad apples like the cop that killed the man in question.

A cop that is investigated by Internal Affairs 17 times and is not fired because his supervision is afraid to take on the union, that is a problem.

Democrat politicians that are beholden to the government unions and provide cover to the unions, that is a problem

If you are not peacefully assembling to petition for redress of your grievances the government is free to throw your tuchus in the klink.
