On the contrary, the “extrajudicial killing” has already been addressed; the killer has been charged with murder.
And, as she pointed out, society will never scrub out the psychos who do their evil while wearing some kind of uniform. Each one has to be dealt with individually.
Now, why is that particular “extrajudicial” activity more serious than what occurred with the FBI thugs who tried to topple an entire elected government? Do you get as exercised over that as this event? And no matter what laws are implemented, it will happen again because some people are evil and will work around any barrier that is put up.
