I am not convicting this guy yet....was he the one in charge?...was there a plan to hold this guy down due to "excitable dilerium" with immenent death?

or did he have marriage problems, perhaps the wife said BEFORE the incident that she was going to divorce him and he was just angry about it and was really going to do something bad....
