Just stick the point of a drawing compass into Minneapolis on a map of Minnesota and draw a circle with a radius of about 50 miles. Call it Mogadishu Lite. Because that is what it is going to be once they begin spreading out a few months later, after they’ve looted and burned and murdered everything in Minneapolis proper.
Does this include the City Councilors I would hope they would be included in the festivities.
