I saw a report in the last few days that the Hispanic gangs were protecting Hispanic businesses in Chicago from being looted.
Strange times.
When the police are not allowed to do their jobs, then any city will devolve into criminal gangs that will seek protection money to protect their territories.
In third world countries we call them warlords or tribal leaders.
