The Museum of the Confederacy, The United Daughters of the Confederacy Headquarters, The Virginia Historical Society and any other Civil War museum should all relocate out of Richmond. They should take the statues too and relocate them somewhere safe. Heck they should even move the Confederate White House if possible. It is just a matter of time until these things are destroyed in Richmond, it has already started with the defacing if the statues and the arson attack at UDC Headquarters. Regardless of ideology, these are all historical treasures and should be protected. Let those resources go elsewhere and bring the millions of dollars of tourism income with them.
