She has no right to asking them to leave unless she is or is acting on behalf of the owner of the hotel. She has no authority over who is permitted to be in the hotels.
It is a double edged sword.

We are under revolution. Last Monday President Trump tossed something in his 6:30 announcement. I noticed it then, mentioned it here a few times...still no one really seemed to hear him.

He didn’t just stop at ‘protect the rights of law abiding Americans’ he added...the 2nd Amendment. Didn’t continue off that phrase, but the 2nd Amendment is ours, our Right to exercise. It was ALL one sentence, on breath. He was signalling us, telling us he is going to need or needs our help...now.
I don’t know what the weekend holds, but I sure hope people smarter than me got the message.

Obviously, the mayor isn’t the owner. The true owner has consented. There is a legal contract as prescribed by law.

Hotels like any private business concerns that still exist in America operate by the permission and for the glory of the Leftists in power. The hotels themselves will request that the Guard leave but continue to pay and otherwise to fulfill the terms of their contracts insofar as consistent with their absence, and the Guard will comply. Otherwise, the mayor will use political chicanery to eliminate the offending hotels through edicts, regulations, taxes, and looting to continue for years until victory. Any business desiring to continue as a going concern will kowtow to any Leftist idea, expecting its advanced and thoroughgoing conformity to Leftist ideology to win the potential for some consideration as Communist politicians terminate the private sector.

Many, indeed perhaps most, Americans would prefer that our President Trump and Vice-president Pence offer themselves to an angry mob as targets for their rage until such time as they assume such state as allows for the inauguration of Nancy Pelosi as president. The Tech Big heads laughed at his Executive Order, and said it is toothless. Looking at how weak Barr is in responding to ANTIFA and BLM is why they are so confident. My guess is Barr is compromised.
The President needs to admit we are in a civil war (maybe a 3 out of 10) and he needs to use the military to drop the hammer on the looters, the criminals funding this and the coup plotters now.
